1.Desktop पर रखा गया Data मुलत: ....C.....Drive में रखा रहता है। 

2.Windows 7 आपरेटिंग System में हम दो प्रकार के User Accounts बना सकते है – Administrator एवं Standard User 

3.Standard User  User Account के पास सिमीत अधिकार होते है। 

4.Guest एक User Account है जो by Default Off रहता है। 

5.एक Computer में दो user Account है एक Ramesh एवं दुसरा Suresh , Ramesh Administrator Account है एवं Suresh Standard User Account है अब Suresh अपने Account से Log in किया हुआ है और उसे Ramesh के Desktop पर रखी File को Copy करके अपने Desktop पर लाना है यह कार्य वह बिना user Account के बाहर जाकर करना चाहता है Process लिखे। 

Desktop – Computer Icon – C – Drive – Users – Ramesh – Continue – Password – Enter – Desktop – Select File – Right Click – Copy – Minimize Window – Desktop – Right Click – Paste
